How will I get my images?
A. All images are uploaded to my website. You will receive an email with a link to view your collection. There you are able to view your pictures and select your favorites. Once you have selected your favorites (or purchased the entire collection) I will email you a download link for those images. You can download them to any of your devices.
Can you remove the watermark?
A. The watermarks are automatically removed once you download the images using the download link and pin. You have full print rights once downloaded and all watermarks are completely removed.
How long will it take to get my images back?
A. Depending on the season it can take up to a week or more. However, normal timing is less than a week.
What is your cancellation policy?
A. We understand life happens and try to work with all of our clients. We do not require a deposit on normal shoots. For those shoots that do require a deposit, we have put in place a COVID cancellation clause. Message us for more details.
